Welcome to Dearest. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as they outline how your experience with Dearest works and what you can expect from us.
1. Our Services
Dearest provides digital photo-sharing packages and, in select cases, printed photobooks. Each package includes a private QR code and upload link for guest submissions, along with access to a secure digital gallery for a set duration. Photobook packages are curated by the Dearest team and professionally printed, then shipped directly to you.
2. Customization & Delivery
After purchase, you’ll receive a customization form to provide event details. This form must be completed in order for us to deliver your QR code and access link. For gift purchases, you may choose to forward the form to the recipient. Digital packages are typically activated two weeks prior to the event (unless otherwise noted), while Tribute and Baby packages are activated immediately upon customization.
Photobook production begins after your submission period closes. You will receive a digital proof for review before printing. One round of minor revisions is included; additional edits may incur extra fees.
3. Uploads & Content
Guests may upload photos, videos, and written sentiments within the limits of your chosen package. Dearest is not responsible for the quality, originality, or legality of guest submissions. You agree not to upload harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
4. Privacy & Data
Your gallery is private and accessible only via your unique link. Photos remain available for download for 12 months after activation. After that period, data may be securely deleted from our system. Dearest does not sell or use your photos for marketing purposes without your express permission.
5. Photobook Options
Photobooks are available in hardcover, vegan leather, and genuine leather formats. Sizes, pricing, and available options are listed on our Packages page. Final results may vary depending on the resolution and quality of submitted photos.
6. White Glove Service
White Glove services are available upon request and will be quoted individually based on your event size and needs. A Dearest representative will attend your event to assist with setup, guest uploads, and troubleshooting.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of purchase. International customers are responsible for any fees or taxes that may apply.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Because of the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once your customization form has been submitted. If you experience technical issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them.
9. Shipping & Production Timelines
Photobook orders are typically shipped within 7 business days of proof approval. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Dearest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Liability
Dearest makes every effort to provide a seamless experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost or corrupted data, printing variations, or delays caused by third-party providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your package.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
