Step 1: Pick a Photo Package

Dearest offers seven curated packages designed to suit various event needs, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. Each package includes a private digital gallery, unique QR code, and high-resolution downloads.

Special Options:

  • Add video capability to any package for +$20 or +$60 for the Baby’s First Year Journey package

  • Exclusive White Glove service with on-site support available upon request

Step 2: Order Confirmation & Customization

We Create Your Personalized Experience

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a quick customization form. This is how we personalize your event details and deliver your unique QR code and gallery link.

What We Ask:

  • Your name and email

  • What you desire for an upload time frame: up to 3 months or less.

  • Event name (what you’d like it to be called)

  • Option to upload a cover photo for your gallery

  • If this is a gift: whether to send the customized link + QR code directly to the recipient, or keep it for yourself

Step 3: YOUR custom form, Unique QR code and upload link.

Once your customization form is submitted, Dearest creates your unique QR code and upload link. You’ll receive everything by email, ready to share with guests or display at your celebration.

  • Personalization based on your submitted event details (name, date, etc.)

  • Access to editable signage templates via our Etsy shop (all profits donated to VOW for Girls)

Step 4: Activation Timeline

When Everything Goes Live

  • Event Packages: Your gallery activates 2 weeks before your event date (based on the date provided in your form).

  • Tribute & Baby Packages: Your gallery activates immediately after customization so family and friends can begin sharing right away.

Your Next Steps:

  • Test your QR code to ensure everything works seamlessly.

  • Create event signage with our Etsy QR design templates (all profits donated to VOW for Girls).

  • Decide where to display your QR code at your event (table cards, entry signage, programs, or keepsakes).

  • Display QR codes prominently at your event (tables, signs, welcome areas) or share your upload link via text or e-mail or even include it in your wedding website.

  • Include brief instructions: "Scan to share photos and messages"

  • Remind guests that no apps or registration are required

  • Consider multiple placement locations for larger events

  • Enable/disable guest downloading of originals

  • Digital Proof Review: Receive a proof with one round of minor adjustments included.

  • Premium Production: Printed on museum-quality materials for heirloom quality.

  • Delivery: Shipped within 7 business days of final approval.

  • Quality Promise: We enhance image quality when possible, though final results depend on source photo resolution. Each photobook is crafted to become a lasting family treasure.
