Step 1: Pick a Photo Package

Dearest offers curated packages designed to suit various event needs, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. Each package includes a private digital gallery, a unique QR code, and high-resolution downloads.

  • Option to get a Google Drive link with all the photos, videos, and notes or sentiments

  • Option to get a proof of your photos and notes, or sentiments in a photo book.

  • Exclusive White Glove service with on-site support available upon request

Step 2: Order Confirmation & Customization

We Create Your Personalized Experience

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a quick customization form. This is how we personalize your event details and deliver your unique QR code and gallery link.

What We Ask:

  • Your name and email

  • What you desire for an upload time frame: up to 3 months or less.

  • Event name (what you’d like it to be called)

  • Option to upload a cover photo for your gallery

  • If this is a gift: whether to send the customized link + QR code directly to the recipient, or keep it for yourself

Step 3: YOUR custom form, Unique QR code and upload link.

Once your customization form is submitted, Dearest creates your unique QR code and upload link. You’ll receive everything by email, ready to share with guests or display at your celebration.

Step 4: Activation Timeline

When Everything Goes Live

  • Event Packages: Your gallery activates 2 weeks before your event date (based on the date provided in your form).

  • Tribute & Baby Packages: Your gallery activates immediately after customization so family and friends can begin sharing right away.

  • Test your QR code to ensure everything works seamlessly.

  • Create event signage with our Etsy QR design templates (all profits donated to VOW for Girls).

  • Decide where to display your QR code at your event (table cards, entry signage, programs, or keepsakes).

  • Premium Production: Printed on museum-quality materials for heirloom quality.

  • Delivery: Shipped within 7 business days of final approval.

  • Quality Promise: We strive to enhance image quality whenever possible, although final results depend on the source photo's resolution. Each photobook is crafted to become a lasting family treasure.
